A little disappointed. Tried a new place. Won't be back. The gentleman was kind to rush our order. I dropped off on Monday, picked up Thursday. I needed a brand new boys suit pants and jacket sleeves taken in and hemmed. Cost $57!! Now, its been awhile since I have had any alterations done, so I could be wrong but $57 seems like A LOT.( I apologize if I am wrong.) Then while getting dressed, a pants belt loop was found broke. (before putting them on) Again brand new suit. Wasn't broke before. I also had asked for the suit to be pressed and the store owner told me the machine was broke. I found this concerning from a dry cleaning shop. But I was in a hurry and we'll figure it out. The suit does look nice. He left the legs with extra to take out as kiddo grows. The jacket also looks good. Buttons were moved. Overall a good job. Suit was not wrinkled, not pressed but not wrinkled. Kiddo looked great. Thank you.

I have had great experiences and continue to at Hong's Alterations. Mr. Hong is very professional and has never failed at tailoring any of my garments properly. I have had plenty of compliments on my tailored suits and take great pride in telling them who tailored them. Let me start off by saying Mr. Hong himself I don’t have a problem with but the 3rd party cleaners that he partners with I do. I have had a few items that I have taken to get dry cleaned and they come back dirty still. Most recent a Polo shirt that I wore only once on Easter Sunday and the shirt cane back with the colors bled onto the white part of my shirt. They tried to say that I was the cause of the discoloration after I requested that they clean it again. Most of the reviews give him praise on his alterations, NOT the dry cleaning ✌🏾

I had a very good experience with Hong's Alterations. I searched the internet, and they had the best reviews in my area. My son was attending a party and wanted his dress pants tailored to fit his slim frame. I dropped them off and was contacted a few days later to pick them up. They were perfect. My son didn't need a belt at all! I was very pleased.
